In an era increasingly dominated by tech, the desire to experience authentic moments free from digital distractions is growing. The Offline Hangout was created with the aim of providing spaces where people can unplug, relax, and connect with one another. In this completely offline evening, you can read, write, draw, and meet new people—all without your phone!
The Offline Club is an initiative born in Amsterdam that focuses on community well-being, organizing events centered around being together–without the use of phones. It was created in response to a growing need: to disconnect from our devices and reconnect with the people around us. Their motto is simple: “Swap screen time for real time”.
The goal? To spend less time on our phones and more time creating genuine, meaningful connections–both with ourselves and with others. After launching in Amsterdam, they expanded to cities like London, Paris, Dubai, and Barcelona. Following many requests, they’ve now arrived in Milan: a fast-paced city where taking a moment to unplug, slow down and meet new people isn’t always easy. With the Offline Club, it’s possible to create spaces and experiences that allow you to do just that, forming a community eager to experience authentic moments away from screens.
