PROJECT HOUSE
On the second floor, the Project House hosts the team of BASE and the most beautiful realities of the creative industry: illustrator, architecture, design, digital art, research, consulting and technology, web marketing and much more.
musicROOMS
The meeting point for music professionals, artists, producers, sound engineers, agents, promoters and music enthusiasts. The musicROOMS is the permanent space entirely dedicated to music: 600 square meters that include a work area that works according to the model of the project house for freelancers and start-ups with high innovation potential. An iconic element of the musicROOMS is the CAPSULA, a transparent box equipped for 360º shooting, streaming, auditions, listening and recording sessions, showcases, invitational events, workshops.
CARIPLO FACTORY
On the third floor of BURÒ there’s Cariplo Factory, an innovation hub that activates a talent supply chain that can include experiential training courses, entrepreneurial accompanying programs, open innovation projects, Venture Capital investments and internationalization support activities.

The BURÒ is not exactly a coworking but something more special: a Project House. It means that we select the realities that want to come and work here based on affinity with our projects, our vision and our values but also based on the ecosystem of our Community that, of course, varies over time.

Precisely because we are a Project House our contracts last at least a year, because we believe it is the minimum time necessary to create the optimal conditions for joint collaborations and visions.

You can certainly come and do smartworking at BASE though, and the right place is the Ground Hall!  You can access it for free, there are comfortable sofas, sockets and free Wi-Fi, the bistro is right next to you. Not bad, is it?

You can send us a request directly using our contact form, telling us about your work, your projects, vision and why your reality should be here. And why not, maybe even the contribution it could make to our Community!

Meeting rooms can only be booked by local residents.
